We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support. Most likely you are still covered under the warranty stated in your User Guide, and all you need to do is send in the broken H.I. for repair. Also, include $10 (US currency) cash, check, or money order (for return shipping and processing) per unit, contact number and a return address. USPS First Class mail is the fastest and least expensive option for return shipping. Once we receive the damaged unit, we will repair your H.I. as quickly as possible and get it back to you. Thank you for supporting American products and manufacturing.
